First, we shall add..
3+1+1+0+1+9+8+9= 32
31/10/19/89 = 0.00183323 (NOTICE* It ends with 323. What About it? 32 and 23)

now... wats so special about 384... u tell me... 384 consist of 3,8,4
if we take 3x4 it equals 12, 8+4 it also equals 12, so yea lets take 12 for it to be divided with..

384/12= 32.....

omg.. i just realised 3x8x4 divided by the number of numbers there.. is...
(3x8x4)/3= 32....
